Mobile hangs and Touch Screen freezes

Complaint Number - 187684 dt. 28th June

With reference to aforesaid complaint you have informed us on telephone that the courire person will lift the phone from the billing address but so far it has not been picked.

The main complaint is the screen hangs / freezes and unable to operate if it is kept unsed for a long time.

I dont want that refurnished set, please lift and send my money back.

I shall be forced to approach Consumer forum if my probem is not resolved within next three days.

No body lifts the phone on the number provided on the Invoice for complaint.
