DearSir,

I purchased one Black Berry 9860 Torch mobile on 13-05 in Balaji plaja, Nellore.after 3 days problem arrised. I returned it on show room and they were sent to authorised service center.and they were given the mobile after 25 days and the problem is not rectified.and second time also i give on showroom job sheet no is 458 Dated 29/06.Till now problem not rectified. Kindly take the action on that as soon as possible.

Handset looses its voice means when any call comes to mobile doesn't ring and i pick up the call i cant able to listen any voice and the other person on the other side also cant here me and when i restart the mobile with removing the battery then it works for some time &then same problem comes again.
