Poor customer service at Panasonic Service Cente

I would like to complaint againt Panasonic Service Center. HI Velocity, 1, SHIREEN MANSION, TARDEO ROAD, Mumbai. 022 2353 9494.
The representative took a part of the TV for servicing and assured that he would return it in two days. Its been 11 days since we havent got it back. Even after calling at the service center number at 022 235949, they kept telling that the representative will come in the evening at 7;30 - 8:30. Everyday we waited, but we still have not got the part.
They have stalled it for last 11 days and keeps making false promises.
