Hello,
I have purchased Two 1 ton window AC from Blue Star Authorised Dealer from Malad West Ragesh Electronics.on 19 March 12.During Demo we found that remotes are not working properly and Demo person has launched Remote replace complaint to Blue Star with service report number 00948195 and 00948194 after which complaint not yet resolved. Post contacting them they send some their engineer with out knowledge of compapint made and with out report/remote and with out ID cards.on 14 April and still we are waiting for the same. The sale servise post sale is pathetic and no one at service desk giving propoer answer would request you to take this matter urgently. As we are getting harras by making no. of calls to them and they do not respond properly.
