Not provide Camara Pouch as per commitment

Dear sir

I acknowledge the receipt of the consignment No58595516991, on 14th. May against order no.903486241. But regret to say you that as per the commitment, I should get a pouch for the said order camera on FOC, which was not provided.

Now may I request you to take necessary action so that I can get it without further delay. Matter was intimated to your good office over telephone immediately after delivered the consignment.
