False promises and Non-delivery

I had bought a D-SLR EOS1000D . The camera serial number is 6360048175. I had bought this on the 23/6/10. I registered it on the canon site on 24/6/10 (CIPL201062413504). I was told by Mr. Lalit at Joshi& sons in sector 18 Noida store that once I register, I will receive a free carry bag from the company which would be sent straight to my residence. Nothing seems to have arrived. Could you please confirm if the bag has been sent or not, or else please follow up with them and let me know. I tried calling but there was no help. I am planning to open a legal file for this. If anybody has any complaints regarding the same please leave your name and number as a reply
