Carrier/AC duracool
AC not working

Sir I have purchased the Carrier window AC duracool with remote Dated 9-05 invoice no. S112/141, Order no.- 1721, Serial No.- 500196116128013165, Shop Name- The climatizers. Address -LGF 1 Ganga sagar complex, Ram tirath marg -narahi Lucknow Phone no.- 0522-4028028. This is to inform you that the day since I have bought the AC it is not cooling at all. I have told the AC engineer who came to my place to place the AC that it is not working properly. He took it to the carrier service centre for 5 days but still he was unable to repair it coz it is still not working properly. They took our AC stabilizer since 2 months but have not yet returned to us. I want my AC to get replaced within 3 days or else now we will take the strict action against the store and will send the complain in consumer forum and the company will be held responsible because thats heights and is very shamefull that they cheat the customers by selling them default peice and taking full amount of money. I am complaining again and again but they are not taking it seriously and they are neither repairing it nor replacing it.
