I Have purchased AC of CARRIER Make 1.5Ton previous year. Since few days back it is not functioning well, So I contacted their customer care on 01-06. Carrier Customer care assures me that my problem will be attended in next day. But nobody attended my problem but today i.e 09-06.. I had called customer care and their senior officers for about 100 times, but they have not bothered about it.
