Replacement of Compressor Under AMC

I have an AMC of 3 Split Ac's stella model of carrier. I had registered a complaint to Carrier for one of my A/C on 9th April. A person attented the complaint after 2 days and told me that compressor will be replaced and he carried my old compressor with him.

Till Date I am getting false commitments for its replacement which is free of cost as it is under AMC. Service Engineer and Incharge (Mr. Gulshan, 09818404591) is not attending my calls now. Its been 12 days and my compressor has not been replaced yet.
