I have purchased one Mini Magic Plus Water Dispancer of Rs. 7, 000/- vide bill dated 16.03.2011 from M/s ANUCOOL AIRCON, SHEETLA MATA ROAD, GURGAON. On use the water is flowing from down side the product and when we have make complaint to your complaint center your rep. has visited our home on 23.07.2011 and he said that the water will flow and it can not stop. It means that the product is defective and we feel that either the company or the dealer has given us a defective product while we have paid full amount for good product not for defective product. WE HAVE LODGE OUR COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES THROUGH FAX/MAIL TO VOLTAS LTD AND ALSO TO HIGHER AUTHORITY, BUT NO ACTION TAKEN TILL DATE
