Prestige Chimney not working

I bought prestige chimney on Nov. Two motors inside the chimney were burnt out after two days. I informed this problem on the same day. After 9 months, two motors are replaced with used motors (Not new one). Again failed performing after one month. i also informed this problem to customer care. but service person is yet to arrive. And only one month is left for warranty period.

The service is very poor. The performance of the product is very very poor. I strongly suggest you people whoever view this message, please do not buy prestige electrical products.
