CHROMA FALSE COMMITMENTS

I have recently purchased a Plasma tv from chroma and I am highly disappointed by the service team from chroma. I had requested them to help me buy an Full HD LED tv which was for Rs.43000/- and they tricked me into buying a sad HD Ready Plasma TV for Rs.38000/-.

They assured me that this is the best deal and gave me a home theater, but I all was a piece of crap. The TV does not play all format that were promised to me, and what ever it plays is jittery and fully glitches. I have downloaded different formats as I also under stand the limitations of a TV but NOTHING WORKS. The shitty cannot event play a 1.5 GB MP4 file properly. The CHROMA guys are plain fraud as I told them to replace the TV and that I am ready to pay the difference of the new expensive TV that I intended to buy. But sadly this is all in vain.

They are tricksters and frauds, and have no respect for a consumer. Suggest don't buy anything from them.
