Purchased LF washing machinefrom Chroma, Gurgaon. Chroma refused to delivere the machine on the same day even when the purchse was made in the first half of the day. Chroma confirmed that the delivery will be made between 11 AM to 5 PM next day. No delivery was made next day till 7 PM. Only number provided at the time of invoicing was not answered for more than 1 hour. At 8 PM when told that I nee a refund as Chroma's commitment on delivery had failed they agreed to deliver the machine by late evening. No delivery is made till 9:30 PM at the time of writing this. Chroma has lost a regular customer because of poor delivery commitments. A very shameful behaviour on the part of Chroma with no regrets on their part for missing a committment.
