Poor warranty service

I bought a HP laptop dv6907tx from Chroma Juhu, Mumbai in 2008. I also bought a 2 year extended warranty for Rs. 3003 from chroma on top of the 1 year warranty which is already provided by HP with purchase of every laptop, which means my laptop is under warranty from 2008 (Aug)- 2011 (Aug). Last year (around March) my laptop had some motherboard issues so chroma referred my problem to their extended warranty service center in bandra. i had to give away my laptop and i got it back ultimately after 1 and a half month after alot of hue and cry.

Currently i am facing the problem of "6 screens" since early April (around 4-5th april). I gave my laptop to the same service centre and got it back around 15th april after 10 days.

2 days after, i faced the same problem and again resubmitted my laptop on 17th april. again i got it back after 10 days on 27th april . after 3 days i am facing the same problem. i called Chroma, they said i will have to again submit my laptop to their service centre. They said its not their fault. Its the fault of the service centre with with they have tied up in Bandra. Chroma is not responsible for the delay. Chroma can only provide you with the address of the service centre.

I havent submitted my laptop yet. i dont know how much time they will take this time. After submitting twice (for 10 days each) and still suffering from the same problem is just ridiculous.

IF chroma cant provide quality warranty service then they dont have the right to sell their services to the customers. i never knew that their warranty services will be of such a pain and 3rd class. They have only 2 service centres for laptop, one is in Bandra and the other i dont know.

I am in Goregaon right now and i have to goto Bandra every time to collect and then for resubmission. I am a MBA student and i need a laptop every day for assignments and presentations.
