Motorola milestone mobile phone is not working

I have purchased motorola milestone in Jan from croma (goregaon-Oberoi) but I found motorola milestone some defect then i went to oberoi goregaon croma puplic desk that time public dest executive gave motorola authorised service address but this address was old because service centre before 8 month shifted to kora kendra (borivali).croma executive wasted of my time and money.and then authorised service centre commit to me you will get mobile in 8 days but after 15 days i have not received mobile phones. always service centre madam said you call me after 2-3 days.she is not taking seriously about this matter.

Croma and service centre is not supporting to me.

Kindly do necessarily cation on this issue
