I lost AED. 2300 due to nokia care centre

I im a user of Nokia N95 8gb hand set. which i have been using since last 2 years. due to the usage the battery got worned out and lost backup. i went to the nearest nokia care center at H.NO. 6-3-92, Sri dhanakshmi complex, balanager chowrasta. opp. balanagar fish market, balanagar hyderabad Ph. 040 238770209... there when i approaced the executive and discussed about my problem he said the BL- 7 F battries are not available with them. then he convinced me to buy a BL; - 5F batterey which was not compatible with my handset. he still insisted and assured dat any problem will be under warrenty of 6 months. even i got greedy and bot the battry for Rs. 699 where as the 7 f battery was around Rs.2500.

the same day when is charged the battery and started using it i found that the display was complete balckout.

i went back to the nokia care and refered my case, he simply said the display is gone, the cable is damaged and it costs RS.3200 and he will give me a discount of Rs.200.

if its realy a cable damage it should b due to the battery i purchased. iam realy confused whether to balme the dealer or myself for beleiving him.
