DEAL AND YOU
Did not receive the product as promised

Dear Sir or Madam

I had placed an order through "Deals and You" on 5th November for a Nokia

Bluetooth stereo headset bh-505. Payment was made online on the same day

through debit card. I received My order ID:284386

Delivery was to be done in 21 working days as per terms and conditions. As

for their terms the product should have been delivered by 9th December which

was not.

I had made a couple of follow up calls to check about the order and to make

sure that when the delivery took place i would be around. i took a leave

from my work to be at home and waited for the whole day for the product to

delivered.

I gave them a call and asked what time would the delivery will take place as

it was supposed to be today only and explained to the executive that i have

taken a leave for this reason. the executive asked me to hold the line about

7-8mins and disconnected my call. I called them up again and asked the

executive not to hang-up the call and transfer the call to supervisor, the

executive puts me on hold for about 6mins and tells me that i have

forwarded your number to the supervisor and you would receive the call in

next 2 hours which I did not. In the evening i called them up again and

spoke to executive named Karisma I explained to her what had happened she

asked me to wait for 3 days.

So I waited and made a call to know whats going on. the same executive named

Karishma picked the call and told me to wait for another 2 more weeks before

the deliver takes place.

I told the concerned executive to take this seriously as i will report to consumer court

but it makes no difference.

It seems they don't care about the consumers Law or the consumer by any chance.
