Non delivery of product

Hi,

I have booked Google nexus One Mobile on 28th June. Till day I didn’t get my product.

My order no is 100071903.

I have tried calling customer care many a times and each time I got a response that I will get the update in 72 hours.

Today when I called them they told me that it will take atleast 2 more week to deliver the product.

I asked him to connect to the manager, Initially they put my call on hold for 10 minutes and told me that the manager is busy and I will have to call again.

I want my product or money back. Please let me know what can I do.

Do any one have higher authority contact no or something on which I can get the proper response.
