Display brocken by service centre and blaming on me

i want to tell you that my cell phone model no mt 11 i emi no 358517046695863 has got problem and service centre people are saying that your display is brocken and it is under warranty and my cell automaticaaly switched of when i was using i had taken it to service centre they only opened it and brocked it now they are saying me to pay 4500rs for new display so please help me wat i should do its there mistake so please cntact me as soon as possible...
