Epairing

I have puchased one e10i on 16.8.10. i found some loudspeaker problem in it on 1.11.10. i have go to your service center at 2 ripon street (contact no - 033-22267310) on 6.11.10. they have recived the phone for repairing and after 2 days they called me and told me that there is some liquid damage in my phone so i have to pay for the repairing. i agreed. but on 9.11.10 they again call me that ask me that i have to pay rs. 16000/- as repairing charges. i have purchased the phone on rs. 12500/-. so, how this amount will be so abnormal.
