Complaint No. EVIJ 0106120002 dt. 01.06.2012

We are the users of Electolux refrigirator and using the same for the last two years. Recently we had a problem (cooling) with the refrigirator. We have given the complaint on 1st June to the vendor for servicing. Almost 10 days gone there is no body reported for servicing from the company till date. Though we have followed every day there is no proper response from the company executives. It shows very very poor after sales service support from Electrolux company.
