Poor service

Ours is a printing company and we have two general window ac's in the production room of our company without which our machines cannot operate. Our printing machines need a cool environment to operate and so the ac is very crucial for us. There is some problem with the compressor of our ac's and they are not working at all (The compressors are in warranty). The production is therefore been held up for the last two weeks due to this. Your customer support staff has been uncooperative and is unable to provide with a concrete answer about when will the two ac's be fixed. Look into the matter on an urgent basis as it is a very crucial stage for us and already we have lost a lot of time due to this problem. This is a very serious matter for us now.
