Need the pipe to be chaned

We have been complaining from weeks n after being promised everythime they r not sending any one for servicing..we have launched complaints for vaccum cleaner n water purifier membrane needs tobe changed n th pipe of the vaccum cleaner

where my product is under guarantee period..pls be aware of after sales service of eureka forbes they r only good in making promises

they never keep there word..Everyone pls do not buy the products of eureka forbes they give pathetic affter sales services...
