Exide invared battery

On 25/08/08 i purchased an invared 500 battery BN-IE8.SN-52951.from noja maruti mirjapur darbhanga, BIHAR.i was surprised to find the battery havig faulty inback up and charging problem after one month from purchasing.i reported the problem to th salesman a above and after many efforts salesman replaced the battery with iva tubular SN-96745.AFTER two years.but same fault occured after two moths.this whole process occurd within warranty period.i again rported this issue to salesman.he refused to take action rgarding this problem.now i request you to look into the matter and do needful action.waiting for your reply for further action.
