IFB Senorita Deluxe
Not Working Since 1 Month

My IFB Washing Machine Senorita Deluxe is not working for the past 1month. My ID No. 1771421. I have given complaint on 14.01.2011 vide complaint no.5738219. Your service techinician visited on 17.01.2011 (Mr. Kannan). He told that the problem is with the main front circuit board and it will be replaced on 22.01.2011. He has not visited in the prescribed dated and inspite of my several ph. calls he not responding. My mail ID is somasaccumetric@yahoo.co.in. Kindly look into this matter and see that the problem is get rectified.
