Glassy 910 LTW Chimney not working

Hi All,

I had bought FABER CHIMNEY GLASSY 910 LTW last October and now it is not working.

I had called on call center number and got complaint number 1202285882.

After this someone called Patrick visited our place in the first WEEK OF FEBRUARY and he told that he will replace the motor.

Now it's been more than a month and i have been following up with FABER People, every time they say they will replace the motor but so far this has not been done.

After sales service is PATHETIC for FABER.

I would suggest people to avoid buying FABER PRODUCTS.
