Poor service from the service centre

I reside in Bangalore. I had purchased faber chimney 3 years back. It stopped working one and a half month back. I filed a complaint with the service centre at Ulsoor, Bangalore (ph :25546272, 25542210). The technician visited my place after 10 days. He said the motor has to be replaced. The spare part had to come from Poona and he told me that i have to wait for 10 days. Its almost one month since and iam still waiting.i have called the service centre many times but to no avail. One Mr.karthik at the service centre keeps telling me to wait but iam not sure for how long i should do so. I would be very happy if somebody looks into the matter and does the needfull.
