I placed an order of Hukka Phone at fashionandyou.com on 13th April and i was assured that i will receive the delivery in 2 week. After waiting for more than one month when i contacted them, i got the below reply:

Please be informed that we have checked with our concerned department regarding the order xxx and as per the information available, we will not be able to delivered your order due to NO SERVICE AREA.

We regret to inform you that we are forced to cancel your Order and you will receive your full refund of the amount Rs 1100/- and a Invite Friend Voucher (Rs 1000) within next 72 working hours.

"If to continue receiving calls and SMS related to your orders, please unsubscribe yourself from DND list. Please type STOP DND to 1909 from your mobile or call 1909 to unsubscribe immediately."

When i called them up asking for reason, customer support executive told me that the parcel was returned on 27th April but they dont' bother to inform me. They told me when i contacted them on 2nd June and my order was canceled without informing me.

I ordered that phone to present a gift to someone.

This site really sucks. Never ever buy from them if you want the delivery on time... really bad experience with FASHIONANDYOU.
