Screen is showing Factory Test Mode

I have a fly handset C-250, FOR CDMA network... all of a sudden the screen is displaying a message, ...Factory Test Mode... I tried removing the battery but still the same msg. Please send me a reply on my email id : 2675sbindu@gmail.com.
