I went to Fotofast Kothrud Pune on Sunday 16th January & gave them a 155 pics of my daughter Sharvari for making a Photo Book. Wanted to give her a birthday gift. The first promise was to deliver the book by Satudrday 22nd January. It was ok for me as Sharvari's Birthday was on 24th. I went to Shop to receive the book. Came to know that the order was not processed till 22nd & the book was to come from Goa.

They promised me to deliver the book by 24th Evening. On 24th Evening the counter girl tole me that the order could not be processed due to some machine problem in Goa & the Photo book has not yet come.

I was very upset as could not give the gift to my daughter for her 3rd Birthday.

on 25th Jan I again contacted the shop to arrange to deliver the book by 26th afternoon as I wanted to show the book to My Dad & Mom (Sharvari's Grandma & Grandpa). Again on 26th on morning they told me that the book will be delivered by 4.00pm. But at 4.00pm got another surprise that the order is not yet ready & the book is yet to come from Goa...

This is just a careless attitude towards customer...
