I have been cheated by the sales woman of the Shop. S.H. Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd, 4, Radha Bazar Street, Kolkata-700001. I visited the shop on 01/09 and asked for phone with dual SIM. Then the sales woman in the counter said me that the GABA will be the best as well as cheapest set available in the market. Next i.e., on 02-09 I visited the shop with some problem and saw that on the loft where repairings are done a number of people are waiting there with a lot of complain with moble set in their hand GABA Moble sets. Observing the problem strickemn customers I asked to replace my set with a branded one if it is high end then also. In this situation they denied to replace the mobile set and said that the GABA Model once sold never replaced, Hence, my complain with a hope that my problem will be solved as early as possible.
