Hi,

We have placed two orders on Timtara.com on 07-June

Order No Order Date Item Order For Communicated Delivery date

10268216 07-Jul iPhone 4S Ashok Kalra 5-10 working days i.e. 21-June

10267978 07-Jul Philips 42" LCD TV Harish Vohra 15-20 working days i.e. 07-July

It have been almost 6 weeks since we have placed the order. However, we have neither received the goods nor any concrete reply from them informing us about the item delivery dates. Inspite of 6-8 emails reminders and 4-5 phone calls, they haven't responded. They don't reply back to emails and everytime when I call they tell me that someone from backoffice will get back to you. But no one has ever contacted us yet!!

they havent ever replied to my emails asking for refund. Please suggest what can be done!!
