Headset
No proper staffing

I hd visited the nokia care center on 31/07 at #135/2, 1st floor, Ghatte's plaza 11th cross malleshwaram-03 due to the problem wit my headset... in front office persons were not able to speak dey were cunfussing us.. i waited more an 1hrs.. den dey said me to come after 12 days to collect the replaced headset.. i hd been today tat is 11/08 before visiting i hd given call.. dey said me to come and collect... i hd faced the same prob wit the front office executives... i hv wait more den 1 nd a half hour... i am not satiified wit the staffs... plz look for the better ppl for that post..
