Germ kill kit --not available

I purchased HINDUSTAN PURE IT CLASSIC in I'd not faced any problem till now... but now i have to replace the 'germ kill kit' ...the one which i 've inside it (polisher) is not available outside... local vendor is offering a smaller one (polisher)... which is not going to work definitely... and he is saying that " abh toh yahii atta hai... company walo ne bandh kardiya hai "... i just want to ask... is this true...

.1--if not -then what you people can do about it? (if you understood)...

2--if yes--then -what I should do with its remaining body parts.?
