Germ Kill Battery not delivered for last 1 week

Concerns as below:

1. The Pureit helpline 9212500600 not contactable for last 1 week. The call drops or the call is disconnected by the assocaites

2. Registered a request for germ kill battery on 29th May 10, Order no.: S10/DLI2171-027449 NOT YET DELIVERED

3. Recieved messgaes with contact numbers to be called for any concern. The numbers are either switched off or not responding

4. Registered a complaint #C102256600 today also but of no help as teh associate also not sure will the battery be delivered today or not.

5. The HUL website is also not having any details to register the complaint.

PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS CONCERN.
