Regarding battary Kit

I am using HLL PUREIT since THREE yearS. whenever the time come for replacing GKB battery kit always

i find difficutly in delivering the product. This time I booked battery kit on 24-Aug and till today (03-09)

I did not got the ordered product. I gave complaint thrice, (Complaint nos are C102641874, C102635725, C102621715)

instead of delivering the product, I am getting fals massages saying that complaints attended. When I spoke with customer care

they are informing me that, they don't know about these all, but only they can book one more new complaint. One more important thing is each time

of communication with customre care, they confirmed my mobile number and address.

so hope I won't get below fals answers:

1) house was locked.

2) mobile was not working.

3) incorrect address
