Auto swing damage at the time of service

I have purchase hitachi window a.c.on 29th April and it was working perfectely all over the season, but now when i have call on 29th, March for free service the co. eng. has come for service on 2nd April, 12 and before service it is also working perfectely. After the service auto swing of one side is not working and co.eng. said i will be replace tomarrow then when i call on next day his says give me copy of bill and i have give the copy of bill on 5th April (personally) after they recd.bill, said you should regd your complaint again on customer care and i have again regd. my complaint on 6th April complaint no.120-40600591 dtd.06.04.12.pls.help me for short out the problem at the earliest.
