COMPLAINT OF HITACHI AC

That I purchased one Hitachi Split 1.5T-ACE FOLLOW ME A.C. for Rs. 37, 000/- from M/s. Deekay Vision Pvt. Ltd., SCF-17, Goal Market, Model Town, Ludhiana ag.bill no. 947/3.6.2010 (Tel. No.5027070, 5027171). But the A.C. is not working properly (no colling). I have many compltaints to service centre of Ludhiana Branch to Varinder (Head of the Service Centre) Tel. No. 0161-3532484, 3523879. But no response recd.from service centre.

Now, I am request you to do the same as early as possible.
