As my query was, one of part has been lost during the relocation within the city, I need to know which part has been exactly missed out. So that I can order the same to start my PUREIT system.

I called up the customer care guys 5 times and describe the same. They told me their executive is going to visit my home (Below is my mailing Address), but nobody came till date to resolve the issue. I even received as SMS from TD-pureit saying.

“Dear Customer your Complaint No: C113044759 has been attended. Please give your feedback as “SER 1 “if satisfied else “SER 0 “if unsatisfied to 09223200200. Team Pureit”

SMS says they already attended the said request. This is totally unacceptable.

Please look into this at the earliest.
