I HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED SECOND HAND SET WITH FULL OF SCRATCHES

On 2nd SEPT, i booked the NOKIA MOBILE SET X 2 through ICICI CREDIT CARD NO. 4132 8940 2161 1008 and Rs.7689/- was debited to my accopunt going through the web site if INDIA TIMES- MOBILE- OUT OF NEW ARRIVAL vide order no. 112568866.On 8th SEPT, at 5pm i have received the said mobile by courrier but when i opened it i got the shock to see SECOND USED WITH SCRATCHES on th NOKIA X2 whereas i place the order for brand new NOKIA X2.

On 9th SEPT at 12.05 pm i lodged the complain to your customer care service No. 09900238888 to Mr. VIVEK who in turn gave me the assurance and guarntee to replace with NEW NOKIA X2 within 10 days vide complain no.443515 .

Now, i request you to send the BRAND NEW NOKIA X2 within stipulated time of 10 days.
