Battery of Wespro Digital Camera

Dear Sir,

I already submitted my complaint against Home Shop18 Channel for the product Wespro 8 MP DS8060S digital camera of Wespro Digital India Ltd. The problem is which camera I was purchased from them from some months its battery is now dead due to some technical problems. I found battary everywhere in india and punjab but I didn’t found. I submit this problem throgh telephonic or via e mail to wespro digital but they didn’t take any action and said we have no stock of accecssories of this product and don't get any positive response. I watch daily home shop 18 channel and till today they are sale the products of this company which has no stock of accesories of their pruducts. After purchasing the products from this company consumer will face only harrasment.

I request to company please give me new battery and I will pay the battery price. Without battery my camera and Rs. Four thousands are useless.
