Not sending full accessories

after so many complains defective product order no - 904760459 samsung digital camera 12 MP replaced and i received on 02 Sept 11 but there is no accessories which should be there.

deficient item are one 4 GB memory card, one battery charger, two rechargeable batteries.

i don't know how irresponsible you people are .first sent defective product and than full accessories was not there. i am really puzzled.

pls solve this issue, otherwise i will be compelled to move the court for the same.
