i have purchased hp photosmart C4688 dated on 30/10 serial no:- CN05PHB2S3 and product no.:- Q8414-64002. It is in warranty period since i am not satisfied with this product so i would like to exchange this product with a hp laser printer. Kindly take action regarding this as soon as possible...
