Complaint No: 10066456380237 - This is the complaint no. given by ONIDA Customer Care on 25th june'10 for my complaint - Washing Machine not working. The call is to be closed within 48 hours of lodging the complaint. But, it's almost a week and there is no response from the Technicians. The Customer Care Executives gives the same assurance that the call would be closed by end of day. Despite calling the Customer Care 2-3 times a day, no one bothers to fix up the issue. Worst of its kind.
