Mobile Buttons are not working intemittently

Hi,

I bought i ball glam 3 mobile from flipkart on 21-Apr. The mobile buttons were not working from 2 weeks intermittently. I have already complained about this to flipkart. I have received call from iball also. They asked me to restore the mobile. I did that. Again from yesterday I am facing the same problem.

Either replace this mobile with new one or take back this mobile and give my money back. Please do the needful.
