Spare Parts Issue for the Washing Machine MODEL - 1052406211

Hi,

This is Srinivas. I bought Fully Automatic Washing Machine in the year 2007.

The Dealer said there is 2 Year Warranty and before completion of 2 Years

the machine got a problem (PRESSURE SWITCH IS GONE).

I Shifted to Vijayawada now.

After Completion of 2 years complaints got increased.

Now there is a problem with Pressure Switch and Pump Motor but

there is no proper response from the Authorized service centers

Lakshmi Refrigeration Authorized Service Center, Durga Puram, Vijayawda.

Even I spoke to the Krishna District - Area Sales Manager, Kumar (92461 51003)

but could not get the Problem resolved.

From 6 months Kumar is saying that Spare Parts are not available.

Please do the needful.
