Dear sir/madam,

As per system order no. OC2544269, I am getting one handset ICON G4 on date 7/02 by home delivery (Sanjayl narwade)

Within one week operation, ICON handset facingtouch screen problem which informed to 1) Mr. Sanjay narwade 2) custemer care (notreplay) 3) sanjay bole 4) mis Kawita.

Yet, my handset is out of operation as its 1) RHS-central part not sensing during operating 2) net not conected 3) next 5min moblili is hank 4) tuach pad not work proparali 5) analog tv not waok 6) batari bacacupi not work.

So, I request you humbly to arrange REPAIRRING OR CHANGING HANDSET as early as possible.

Please do the needful.
