Auto deduction of balance

My mobile no s 9990398463.

my complain is that my balance is automatically get deducted 3 time in a month on 28/07, 18/07, 03/07

I had complain about it to the customer care 2 or 3 times..but all in vain.. They didnt give me any favourable response...

Whenever i get recharge my phone., automatically some undesirable services get activated without any information or message regarding this. As a consequence balance get deducted.

please take necessary action against it...
