Deducting Money without any notice

Hi, Today at 11AM, 6 Rs (3 3) deducted from my Mobile (9090200571) as SMS charge. and When I checked, I found i have not sent any SMS. When I called 198 and told them that I have not sent any message, they are telling "Why you are telling Lie" Really this is very rude behavior from IDEA customer care. I would Like to request you to take necessary action against them as well as I need my money back to my Account
