Sub.- Disconnection of all corporate numbers.

Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that we had taken 9 corporate numbers on the name of Vimla Garments. As we are facing huge problem of network on all the 9 numbers. So, we want to disconnect all the connections i.e. 9555997601, 9555997602, 9555997603, 9555997604, 9555997605, 9555997606, 9555997607, 9555997608, 9555997609. as soon as possible.

Remark: This complaint was already forwarded to Mr. Ajay Mahto on 15 Septemer 2009.and till now not getting proper response. as said by customer care to wait for 3 months as network tower is palnning in ur area so there will be no network problem, but we are getting problem in our business and loosing our clients.so please discontinue al the nine connections and adjust the bill amount, and send the final amt which i have to pay as u can see the bill we are not using all the numbers.your collection department harrasing s by calling and also visit our office every day for payment collection.so kindly look into the matter and give us proper response. thank you.

Sub.-Complaint against fine adjustment.

Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that we had applied for the 9 corporate connections, 9555997601, 9555997602, 9555997603, 9555997604, 9555997605, 9555997606, 9555997607, 9555997608, 9555997609and we had paid (Rs.250/connetion 1100 for walky instrument) in cash to the dealer /DSA. But they sent the total amount by Cheque to you, which get bounced, which is not our fault.

And now we received the bill dated 20th aug. in which you have charged Rs.100/connection i.e. Rs.900 and we made the payment of bill amount except Cheque bounced charges.

So, this is to request you to please adjust the Cheque bounce charges.
